The Railhead Trade Days will be advertised via television,
newspaper, radio, flyers, internet and other
publications.
Location
of
Booths
Indoor booths are located in the Railhead Building at 1st and
Elm Streets. Outdoor booths and all food vendors are located on 1st
Street. Vendors are responsible for providing their own display
equipment.

From West I-20 - Take business 20 Exit #213
to Elm St. - 1 block south
From East I-20 -
Take business 20 Exit #219-B to Elm St. - 1 block
south
From North 208 - N. 208 turns into
Hickory St., continue south to 2nd St. Turn west and continue to Elm
St. - 1 block south
From South 208 - Turn west on Business 20 at
blinking stop light. Go to Elm Street - 1 block
south
From Hwy 163 South - Turn west on
Business 20, continue to Elm St. - 1 block

No booth will be reserved or guaranteed until payment
is received in FULL. No rain checks will be given. The show
will be held regardless of weather conditions. Booth fees are
refundable only if the Colorado City Area Chamber of Commerce is
notified at least 14 days prior to the show date. However, if you
are not able to attend the event due to an emergency, please notify
the Chamber for special arrangements to be made. Any space rented
but not occupied within 30 minutes prior to show time, may be
re-rented at the discretion of the Railhead Trade Days
officials.
The Chamber of Commerce
will only book for one Railhead at a time. Vendors returning to the
following Railhead have the right of first refusal for the same
space, and may reserve their space for the next Railhead on Saturday
or Sunday of the current show they are attending. Any space not rented by close of business on Sunday, will
be available first come, first serve to all other
vendors.
Set-up
Time
Please check
at the Chamber desk before setting up. The Railhead building will be open Friday at 2:00
pm and vendors may set up until 7:00 pm that evening and on Saturday
from 7:00 am to 8:30 am. A cornbread and bean supper will be served
from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm Friday evening. The Railhead building will be
opened at 10:00 am on Sunday for vendors only. All booths must
remain open and be maintained from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday,
and from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday. If vendors choose to close
their booths before 5:00 pm, it will jeopardize their eligibility in
participating in future shows. Please leave your booth space clean.
The building should be cleared by 7:00 pm on Sunday. The Chamber
will provide 24 hour security from Friday evening until Sunday
evening.
General
Rules

* All animals must be on
a leash
* Tax numbers must be displayed in each
booth
* Tax rate for Colorado City is 8.25%

ABSOLUTELY NO electric heaters
* We reserve the right to
censor merchandise of questionable nature
* No fireworks,
stink bombs, smoke bombs, pop-n-snaps, silly string, disappearing
ink, Chinese Stars, lewd or obscene material
* Knives may
be sold to adults and children accompanied by an adult. Fixed blade
knives must remain sheathed in the vending area. Knives in violation
will be confiscated.
* Any vendors selling firearms must
observe and follow all local, state and federal laws.
* No
illegal or unlicensed merchandise will be permitted on the
premises
* All local, state and federal laws must be
observed for all transactions transpiring on the grounds of the
Railhead Trade
Days
Railhead Trade Days and its associated entities are not
